When we hear the name soup we all remember the tomato soup, but there are other soup’s which will change your tastes, one of them is sweet corn soup, and it is an Indo- Chinese recipe soup. Even this is easy and simple to make at our homes. Sweet corn soup is one of the most popular dishes. It is prepared with some veggies along with sweet corn kernels. Kids love to eat it and it is healthy and delicious. There are hundreds of variations of sweet corn soup. Even in India it


  1. Pressure cook the corn with a cup of water and also add little sugar.
  2. Using a knife remove the corn kernels.
  3. After pressure cooking, reserve 2-3 tbsp of corn kernels for garnish.
  4. Next, take a mixer jar; drain the excess water and grind the remaining sweet corn. Into a smooth paste by adding little bit of water.
  5. Take a pan, heat it and melt the butter, add ginger and garlic paste.
  6. Next, add chopped spring onions, chopped carrots, chopped beans mix it well.
  7. Next, add sweet corn paste and sauté it for few minutes.
  8. After that add a cup of water, salt & sugar, let it boil well.
  9. Dilute corn flour in the milk and add this mixture to the boiling soup.
  10. If the soup becomes thicker, add some water to adjust the consistency.
  11. Lastly, add the reserved sweet corn and sprinkle some salt & pepper powder.
  12. Take it in a bowl and serve it hot.
  13. Now, the creamy and hot sweet corn soup is ready to serve
